Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide cost, schedule and performance reporting and coordination across the NSG for Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Cyber Security capabilities.
- Draft briefings for the NSG PMR (NPMR), weekly and monthly program management Quad charts, and tasker responses to support national GEOINT Master Schedule coordination, documentation, risk assessment, program build and budget and release/upgrade cross-agency coordination.
- Facilitate system lifecycle management to include requirements definition based upon NSG consumer needs, agile release coordination and design analysis, and witness Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Provide acquisition support for Open IT cybersecurity capabilities to include drafting documentation, developing IGCEs, and providing contract modification support.
- Coordinate integration of all enduring programs and segments across the agency with the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IdAM) capabilities to include Public Key enablement and authentication as well as role-based, course-grained and fine-grained attribute access control and authorization.
- Provide support across the agency to Cybersecurity initiatives such as enterprise audit, due to the dependency on the NSG IdAM capabilities.
- Coordinate infrastructure requirements and deployments for GEOAxIS across all domains, sites and programs through national GEOINT engagement with multiple infrastructure service providers, transport service providers and software license providers.
- Support program budget planning and decomposition for IdAM in concert with other Open IT portfolio cybersecurity requirements in support of the agency.
- Assist with planning and developing access management solutions for users from the IC, DoD, Federal, State, civil, local and tribal users across multiple domains accessing all NSG applications and data.
- Coordinate the management of authoritative attribute sources, credentials and processes across the NSG on all domains for multiple products and services, to support users without access to certificates or readers, users with name changes, users with new certificates, users with multiple authoritative attribute stores, non-person entity attributes (such as servers), and NSG users whose authoritative attribute sources are unavailable.
Skills and Experience
Required
- Active DoD Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- B.A. or B.S. degree or related experience in a business, engineering, or IT field.
Desired
- Demonstrated understanding of national GEOINT’s Configuration Management processes.
- Experience supporting acquisition efforts.
- Demonstrated understanding of national GEOINT’s mission, role in the IC, and the NSG Enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating and working across organizations to support PMO and to achieve program goals.
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for IT Service management.
